Spring Wishes

Confession time: I haven't been stamping lately. Really, I've been creative, and working hard, but not stamping. What have I been doing? Sewing! Yep. I drug out the ol' machine from the attic, hauled it Shawano, and spent the last week trying to remember how to use it! Cool, huh? Six lucky women will getting one of these as part of a demonstrator swap I am participating in with Stampin' Up!

A close up:

First, I sewed the purple and yellow quilt squares. I used my Big Shot to cut out the letters, the butterflies, and the flowers. I then used fusible webbing to attach them to my quilt square. Next, I machine quilted around the images. Finally, I added the binding and embellished the flower.

How fun to play with my Big Shot and sewing machine!

Happy Big Shotting!
