Who's Turning ( )?

Perhaps the atmosphere at my day job has influenced me, but I decided to make an "owly" card. I was talking to my oldest nephew the other day on the phone about books and, after telling me all about the new series he was loving and the book he was reading in class, he went on and on about the cool new bookmarks with magnets. After hanging up, I dug up a swap I got at my first convention that had a bookmark as part of the design. Here is what I created:

Stamps: On Your Birthday
Paper: Wicked Fun Designer Series Paper, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Crumb Cake
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: Big Shot, Web embossing folder, Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Black Lace, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8 Circle Punch, 1 1/4 Circle Punch, 2 3/4 Circle Punch, Large Scallop Circle Punch, Owl Punch, Magnet, Crystal Effects

The picture stinks. I the magnet is heavy and makes the card kind of slump and my messiness with Crystal effect become clear in the reflection, although I hadn't noticed before. Sorry about that .

The book mark part has one magnet under the Rich Razzleberry and the other on the Crumb Cake:

Notice the extra magnet. I added to help the photo. It does stick with just the sheet magnet.

The measurements for my card base is 7 by 4 1/2". The bookmark part is 6 1/2  by 3". Then both are folded in half.

Happy Stamping!
