"Bee" Happy On Your Birthday

I couldn't resist this pun either. I am in a punchy mood since I have been traveling the past few days to and from my Leadership Conference. This was my other card I swapped:

Stamps: Nature's Walk, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: So Saffron, Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Night of Navy, Naturals Ivory, Botanical Gazette Designer Series Paper
Ink: Early Espresso
Accessories: Big Shot, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Night of Navy Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Modern Label Punch, Soft Subtles Brads, Paper Piercing Tool and Matte, Craft and Ribbon Scissors, 1 1/4 Circle Punch, 1 3/8 Circle Punch, 1 3/4 Circle Punch, Sponge Daubers

I started by trying to find a way to use the honeycomb page of this designer series paper. The bee seemed right for it, but then what? I liked the circles around the bee, but needed more, so added the ribbon, but needed more, so added the Soft Suede layer. I wanted a unique color combo that would also be masculine.

Happy Stamping!
