Happy Independence Day!

I love the 4th of July--fireworks, camping, shooting my black powder rifle (well, not this year). I rarely make cards for this holiday, though, as I for sure would forget to send them! However, Cami requested a card for our technique class last week (complete with a link). Here is my version:

Stamps: None
Paper: Newsprint Designer Series Paper, Real Red Designer Series Paper, Night of Navy, Real Red, Daffodil Delight
Ink: none
Accessories: Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, Glue stick, Star Punch (retired), Top Note Die, Dimensionals, Rhinestones

I cut a template that was 4" by 5" and adhered my stripes and the blue area. I then ran it through the Big Shot in the texture folder and then with the Top note. TaDah! A quilt. Then, I dollied it up.

The original (the link Cami sent me) was Ann Clemer's Stamper Dog! I love it when my hostesses do the leg work for me. And---they get a precut and ready to finish card in return!

Happy Stamping!
