I meant to show you all this card, which I gave to Kesinee for her graduation. She's my cousin's daughter, artistic, musical, and a writer. I wish her well on her bright future:
Not your ordinary graduation card, but it fits her and she loved it. I loved the fun of making this card. I am not a painter. Put a paintbrush in my hand it makes a mess. Lucky for me, Stampin' Up! has created this beautiful stamp set, "Work of Art" which lets me be an artist.
I used the new In Colors on this card: Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon, Tangelo Twist, and not Mossy Meadow. Although at my Stampin' Celebrations event, all of the new In Colors were available for the base. I used Tangelo Twist, but Mellow Moss softened the card.
Stamps: Works of Art
Paper: Tangelo Twist, Whisper White
Ink: Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon, Tangelo Twist
Accessories: Rhinestones
I've been trying to simplify some of my designs so that I can create cute cards quickly. I like this one.
Happy Stamping!
Sara
