Best of 2015

What a year! As we say goodbye to 2015, I am celebrating what I see as the best of Lily Ink Pad this year.

Drumroll please.

Masculine cards are always a favorite of mine to make, but rarely do I feel as if I do something spectacular on one. For this one, the watercoloring, for me, was spectacular and I love the Designer Series Paper.

Number 9: Winter Serenity
I love this one as it connects me to my favorite winter scenes. I love winter.

This was a card I wanted to do after I was inspired by a different gate fold card. I love the butterflies and these colors in the Pretty Petals Designer Paper Pack.

This is a favorite because it was in my head as an idea for so long that the end result was awesome when it met my expectations. I love the colors, the theme, and the idea of wood plates and utensils.

Number 6: Poinsettia Tag
I wasn't going to get this set, even though I loved it as I loved the Snow Place one more, but cards at the OnStage Event convinced me that I needed it. I'm glad I did! Poinsettia's are a favorite of mine around the holidays. Too bad, I can't grow them. ;)

I love fun gifts and this one was really fun to make!

I love pocket cards and other fun cards. This one matched a simple design with the fun of a pocket card with my Big Shot and the Treat Bag Framelits.

I love this stamp set for it's ease of use with AMAZING results. I dreamt this one up and am in love with it.

Number 2: Rock Star!
I love everything about this card: the stamp set, the stars, the punch borders, the sentiment, the color combination, and the design. SO MUCH FUN!

Number 1: I'm Back!
I love this card's simplistic beauty and sentiment. Bubba has it hanging on a cupboard in our apartment kitchen and it continually reminds me of how our love is strong. We've had a tough year with the fire, but at the same time, it was only made us stronger.

What a great year of creativity! I am such a lucky person to be able to spend my "down" time designing and relaxing with Stampin' Up!

Happy New Year!

Sara
