A Pocketful of Sunshine

Today's card is simply awesome. I love this set and was thrilled to share it last week virtually.

The paper is an ombre sheet from the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack. I used Night of Navy for my stitch and sentiment ink. On the sun, I used Daffodil Delight.

I love that the card has a pocket so I can add a gift card! The other bonus to this card is the matching framelits. I cut out the tag, the pocket and sun with them, including the sun rays.

I have a tip for adhering those sun rays.  I use SNAIL the most for my adhesive. I am not good with liquid glues. All I seem to do is make a mess. I also am not great with excess adhesive on my workspace. The Silicone Mat has saved me. When I have a small piece, I place it on my mat and then SNAIL over it. The SNAIL doesn't stick to the silicone so it only sticks to the paper. If some does somehow stick to the mat, it rubs off easily.

I hope you love this card as much as I do!

Happy Stamping!

Sara
