Last Saturday was my Something New Stamp Camp. At stamp camps, we make 6 projects, four cards and two three-dimensional projects. Here was one of the cards:
Cool huh?
The inside:
Stamps: Game Night, On Your Birthday
Paper: Jackpot Designer Series Paper, Basic Black cardstock, Whisper White Cardstock
Ink: Real Red, Basic Black
Accessories: Build a Brad, Bone Folder, Paper Cutter with Scoring Blade, Piercing tool
Now, I had some help with this card. I first knew I had seen ties while blurfing in June, but lost my bookmark. I tend just to look when I'm tired and not really remember to bookmark. Randomly, I was needing some inspiration and found this card on Stampin' Addicts by ThisIsArt. I then found a tutorial on how to fold the ties on Inkspired Expressions by Connie Babbert. Thanks, Connie, for a great tutorial. It turns out the ties aren't hard to fold, but her step by step directions certainly make it simple.
Part of being a good demonstrator to me is sharing the best of what's out there in the stamping world and I am grateful to belong to a community of crafters in which sharing and CASING is so encouraged! Thanks!
Happy Stamping!
Great job on your tie! Love it! Thanks for linking back to my directions!
