Nature in Water color

What I am about to show you is my favorite card I designed using Nature's Walk so far. I am pleased, because watercoloring isn't really my forte and I think I knocked it out the park:

Stamps: Nature Walk
Paper: Marina Mist, Basic Gray, Watercolor Paper
Ink: Basic Gray
Accessories: Many Marvelous Markers, Aquapainters, Window Sheet, Paper Snips, Victoria Lace, Small Oval Punch, Vintage Trinkets

I stamped the images on my watercolor paper in Basic Gray. Next, I used an aquapainter and my markers to paint. I colored marker on a Window sheet, picked up the ink, and then colored. I learned a lot about watercoloring as I made 12 of these for a Stampin' Addicts swap!

Happy Stamping!

  1. Excellent water coloring!! I haven't tried it with the markers like that before.

  2. Beautiful Sara! I need some practice with my watercoloring too. These are the perfect images for that.

  3. I got one of these - beautiful! I love the double layer ribbon!!

  4. Great card-love how you used all the images from the set!!

  5. Just lovely! Who can resist watercoloring this set?!

  6. Well done! Your watercoloring is great!
