My stamp set was Day of Gratitude. When I saw this set in the Holiday Mini Catalog, I knew 1) I had to own it and 2) beautiful creations come out of this set! Let's start with a set of cards:
Stamps: Day of Gratitude
Paper: Old Olive, Early Espresso, More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Autumn Spice Designer Series Paper
Ink: Cajun Craze, Old Olive, More Mustard, Early Espresso
Accessories: Vintage Brads, Early Espresso 1/4" Ribbon, Decorative Label Punch, Regals Brads, Old Olive Satin Ribbon, 1 3/4 Circle punch, 1/2 Circle Punch
Now, for home decor:
The Autumn Spice Designer Series Paper inspired me to make a candle band and then I wanted something cool for an embellishment. I used my Scallop Circles #2 die to cut out 12 scallops, cut them in half, folded them, and attached them into a rosette. The middle needed some stamping, so I added the stamped image! So fun and so perfect for fall!
The main saying in this set "Gratitude can transform common days into Thanksgivings" made me think of something I've been meaning to try, but hadn't gotten around to creating yet--a Gratitude journal:
Here is one example of the inside, where I stamped on each page to remind me to remain grateful! I do plan on using this and it's already near my reading chair!
