Tart and Tangy +

I love the fun of Tart and Tangy, so I designed this card to show off the partial emboss technique for my Stampin' Celebrations Club.

Stamps:Tart and Tangy
Paper: Pacific Point, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
Ink: Wild Wasabi, Cherry Cobbler (Pads and Markers)
Accessories: Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Big Shot, 1/4 Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon, 1 3/8 Square Punch, Dimensionals

To make the polka dots only on one half, you place the paper halfway in the folder and run it through the Big Shot. Sometimes, you get a little line from the edge of the folder, so I used the ribbon to hide it.
