Day of Gratitude with Pizazz

Some days I am more grateful than others and today is one of them. To share, I have a meeting with part of my team, a farmer's market, and a stamp class tonight. Fun, fun, fun!

The Day of Gratitude Stamp set made it from last year's Holiday Mini to this years Idea Book and Catalog and I couldn't be happier. I just love it!

Stamps: Day of Gratitude
Paper: More Mustard, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Naturals Ivory
Ink: Markers in More Mustard, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive
Accessories: Big Shot, Stripes Embossing Folder, Modern Label Punch, Earth Elements Brads, Champagne Shimmer Paint, Alcohol, Spritzer Bottle, Scallopped Chocolate Chip Ribbon

This was my card to accompany a technique card for a swap (of course). The technique is called
Glimmer Watercolor Spritz
1.              1.  Use markers to color on stamp.
2.             2. Stamp.
3.             3.  Spray with alcohol/shimmer paint mixture.
4.            (I use a few drops with a couple of ounces of alcohol.)

CThe affect is quite extraordinary as the ink gets fuzzy and sparkly--perfect for fall cards!
Happy Stamping!

  1. So pretty, Sara! Love your colors!

  2. This is a set I've thought about purchasing several times. You are making me want it even more. :)

  3. Oooh, I haven't tried that technique combo before. Sounds like fun!

  4. What a spectacular card! I really need that striped embossing folder!

Thanks for commenting! I love feedback!
