First, I cut (using my guillotine paper cutter) cardboard that I saved from something into 4 x 6 rectangles. Then, I used Tombow Multi Glue to adhere a 4 x 6" piece of Designer Series Paper to the front and back. I added a round tab punch tag using sticky strip. Then, I used My Digital Studio to design the tab labels. I printed these, cut them out, and added them to my tabs. Tadah! Pretty, functional, fun, and free (since I already owned everything)!
