Whew! I'm pretty beat right now. We had the ol' Mattson Family Reunion in Minnesota last weekend and now I'm in Manitowoc, Wisconsin at a four day training for my new math curriculum. Somehow in all the traveling, I missed Sunday's post. Sorry about that! I have a good one for you today, though--
Stamps: Bug
Me, Bitty Banners
Paper: Island
Indigo, Lucky Limeade, Summer Smooches DSP, Basic Black, Whisper White, Window
Sheets
Ink: Baja
Breeze, Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo Markers
Accessories: Big Shot, Chevron Textured Impressions
Embossing Folder, 1 ¼” Circle Punch, 1 ¾” Circle Punch, 2 ½” Circle Punch, ¾”
Circle Punch, Word Window Punch, Bitty Banners Framelits
It's an old idea that I recycled, but I still love it. The little bugs needed to be viewed up close! To do this, I had to hand-cut the window sheet because I had thick ones. I found I could cut a square and trim the corners. It was much easier than breaking my punch on it!
To round the corners, I placed the corner of my cardstock in my circle punch--upside down, like this:
I got a very large curve from the 1 1/4" punch, which I liked. My first card was with the 3/4" circle punch, and it was a smaller curve.
I love this card!
Happy Stamping!
