Elegant Christmas Tree

Sometimes ideas come from my own head. Sometimes ideas come from the Stampin' Up! resources. Sometimes ideas come from a friend's blog. Sometimes from Stampin' Addicts. Sometimes I find new ideas in person like this idea I made into my own:

Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, Many Merry Messages
Paper: Crumb Cake, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla
Ink: Always Artichoke, Crumb Cake, Versamark
Accessories: Big Shot, Labels Collection Framelits, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details, Sponge

Here's the original design thanks to my fabulous upline Connie Fitzgerald!

I cut the Crumb Cake cardstock at 8" and then scored at 5 1/2. I placed the framelit diecut on the flap and I had a cool card! I also used words from Many Merry Messages behind my tree in Crumb Cake and used a frame from the die cut to make my border by shading the inside. Elegant, no?

Happy Stamping!
