How awesome! I love summer. A thousand ideas have been through my head and I finally decided to make something fun, something for those hot and humid Wisconsin days, and a rare treat (at least a store-bought one, not homemade)-- What is it?
A popsicle!
Pretty cool, huh?
Stamps: Bravo!
Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Sweet Treats Designer Series Paper
Ink: Melon Mambo, Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Envelope Punch Board, Chalk Talk Framelits, Daffodil Delight Seam Binding, Brights Buttons, Word Window Punch, Simply Scored
My mom made a lot of yummy popsicles when I was young and eventually bought some (if they were on sale), but it was a huge treat and usually something we got somewhere else. I love this card!
Oh, want to make one?
Step 1: Cut your cardstock 4 1/4 x 8 piece of cardstock. Score at 2" and 6".
Step 2: Fold your flaps into the center. Punch with the front punch of the Envelope Punch Board on the top middle and bottom middle.
Step 3: Use the corner rounder punch to round each of the corners.
Step 4: Add your two word-window popsicle sticks. I used my graph paper to make sure the sticks were within the 5 1/2" length of a standard card.
Step 5: Embellish as you wish!
Happy Stamping!
