This is a wrap- up post to show you a template, pictures, and the supplies I used for my Just Add Color projects.
First up, the set of cards:
I used my Stampin' Up! Paper Trimmer to cut rows of teapots and houses. The Sea Life page was trickier, but I just picked out parts I really wanted like the turtle, and then trimmed around it. No real structure, just cut and see.
The colored pencil holder was a single 2 1/2" strip of Designer Series Paper that I scored at 2", 5 1/2", 7 1/2", 8 3/4", and 10 1/4". I then punched 1 1/4" circles in the first panel and the 5th one. I folded it up and around and adhered the last panel below the first panel. Here is a diagram:
For some extra fun, I added some silver mini-sequins.
For my final project--the notebook, I don't really have more to add other than I showed it to a student last week who loved it, so the 12 year old crowd loves it.
Happy Stamping!
Sara
